We access the following Google user data: profile information (email, name) and email data from Gmail. The email data is only used temporarily for a period of 30 days, after which it is deleted. This data is never shared and is solely used to fulfill the functionalities of the program.
We never use your Gmail data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
The Personal Information that you provide can be accessed at any time through your account or you can contact our customer support at hello at nono dot so if you need help accessing your account.
Third-Party Services
Our Helpbot.io Service allows you to use AI to automatically reply to emails without any manual intervention. To take advantage of this feature, you may need to authenticate, register for, or log into your Gmail account. We collect only the relevant information necessary to enable AI-driven email responses on Helpbot.io.
We use a few third-party scripts with whom we share non-personal data for the following purposes:
Authentication (AWS Cognito)
Page view analytics (AWS Pinpoint)
Payment processing (Stripe)
We have ensured that the respective privacy policies of these companies align with our own values.
Please note we will never use your Gmail data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
Third-Party Payment Processor
We use a third-party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third-party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
We have ensured that the respective privacy policies of these companies align with our own values.

Helpbot.io takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
